"Titan did a magnificent job on my property during the past week. I needed the following done: Grading work on my 3 acre property and three different types of rocks delivered. I also needed additional black dirt brought in to make it perfect. From start to finish the communication was excellent with Will. "I reached out on a Sunday afternoon, got a phone call within 30 minutes, and came to my house 1 hr later to give me a price. We agreed, scheduled the job, took down 2 trees, several branches from other trees 4 days later. 3 days later got a phone call asking if we'd like them to come over then, the came over in the early afternoon, worked until dark. Came back the next day, cut the 2 trees down, cut all the wood up, loaded up and disposed of all the branches. Then they used rakes to clean the yard, and used a blower to clean the driveway. One thing that really impressed me is that before they cut down the tree, you see the owner in, he knocked on our door to make sure that once the tree came down, if any of the branches encroached on the neighbour's yard for the short time they would need to clean it up did we think that was ok. Who thinks of things like this? Took 1 1/2 days, 3 workers, complete, neat job, was concerned about leaving no debris. Have already refered him."

"Contracted to do the above which he completed. Also contracted to remove bush and a stump. Said he would be over on the weekend to finish. This was on 7/3 and I paid him. He said he needed to pay his crew. Boy was I hood winked. What business does not have money in reserve to pay his employees? It is now 7/25. Called 3 times and left a detailed message no call back. Last night called using another phone number and talked to Tom. He promised he would be over that night 7/24 to finish the contract. As of this writing work not completed. So sad. This gives ALL contractors a bad rep. I was very patient and trusting. Never again."

"My lawn is worst in neighborhood, no effect from 1st service. Did not come out for repeat treatment as promised despite many calls. Does not return calls. Looks to me that all the 5- star reviews here are fake."

"Took down and removed a 60' plus Norway spruce with a 4' plus diameter trunk, that was only 8' from our house. Also removed the stump, and cleaned everything up, nicely. This is the 2nd time I have used Nichols Tree Service, and will again, if needed."
