I'll say right away that Jim has a kind and gentle personality, and he struck me as being very honest. Once we settled on a design, Jim sent me a quote with digital drawings and a fair price. Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials. I am very pleased with my larger, beautiful, and SOLID new deck! I'm also extremely pleased with Jim and the crew at Premier Exteriors! I would definitely hire them again for future projects. I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with this company."

"I hired this company to come fix my chimney. The guy showed up on time and evaluated the damage. I paid him $50 to do this and the evaluation lasted 2 minutes. The chimney guy said he would do the repair but he never came back. I called the office and talked to the secretary. I explained the situation but never received a phone call back. I would recommend this company for cleaning and not repairing."

I had to have fans running and windows open all Winter. I also noticed mold growing on my basement walls and around my windows. I had another company come and check my roof and they discovered that my roof had not been ventilated. The vents had been installed right over insulation, which had turned black with mold. It cost me over $4000 to fix the problem, and it made me sick. DO NOT use this company. They damaged my house and my health."
