I think some levels of trust are really needed between the client and the moving company because essentially you are entrusting them with everything you own. The movers were very good at building trust. They listened to me, paid attention to packing and carried everything with extra caution. Even the guy on the phone when I first called them seemed very friendly and polite. I felt very comfortable leaving my valuables in their hands for 3 days. They were accommodating when I asked them to either wear foot covers or remove their shoes as we had just had the carpets cleaned the day prior. The only complaint I had was that the glass from a 150+ year old antique China hutch was accidentally broken. Also, I donâ t think moving furniture is their main business as is hauling/removing junk. The sofa and other living room furniture got deep stains as they were drug across the dirty trailer & truck beds. We did have some junk removed as well and they did that very professionally. I would recommend them for their hauling service."
