"If you are looking to refinish your fiberglass pool I would highly reccomend Backyard Paradise and the Eco-Finish product. I have a Latham pool that was in bad shape and have been putting this project on the back burner to save money. I wish I would have done it sooner. Chad is excellent to work with. He was very knowledgable about the product and process and had great communication. Bradley is a pro at prepping the pool and applying the Eco-Finish. When Bradley and his helper were here, they had great communication and explained the what and why behind what they were doing. They fixed damaged areas on the pool surface and then prepped the entire pool for final Eco-Finish surface and wow, it is amazing to see the final result. Its even better than when the pool was brand new! If you are on the fence, dont hesitate, just do it and you will not regret it!"

"One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."

Install Above Ground Pools questions, answered by experts

If a pool turns green after adding salt, there’s a good chance the salt is the problem. Certain brands of salt have high levels of iron that cause pool water to take on a green hue. Test your pool water to determine if this is the issue. The green color will usually filter out. Brush the sides of the pool to knock the iron off.

This is just one reason a pool can turn green that is specific to adding salt. Many other reasons a pool can turn green include algae growth, low chlorine levels, a faulty filter, etc.

The best paver for your pool deck depends on your budget, style, and how much maintenance you’re willing to invest. Granite is one of the best low-cost pavers for pool decks. It’s very slip-resistant and durable, too, making it a top pick. Travertine is a high-quality material that resists freeze-thaw cycles, looks stunning, and won’t get hot in the summer. The only downside to travertine is that it costs more than granite.

Yes, it’s possible to DIY a plunge pool and shave labor costs off of the project total. If you’re considering a DIY build, keep in mind that you will be responsible for pool installation and landscaping (which may require excavation). This type of DIY project is best left to particularly handy homeowners who have prior pool installation experience.

It’s a good idea to call in a pro to fill in your pool, because there are many potential hazards to doing it yourself. Unless you’re careful, you can damage your septic tank, plumbing pipes, and sprinkler lines. It’s also possible to damage your sewer connections, utility lines, driveway, landscaping, and sidewalk.

At noon, when the sun is at its highest point, sunlight can naturally increase the temperature of a pool by 0.7 degrees each hour, but this can depend on other external factors. For example, evaporation caused by the sun will cause a pool to lose up to 5 degrees for every 1/2 inch of water evaporated. Using a water heater will produce more reliable results.
