"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

"Mad City was able to replace an old fiberglass shower in our basement bathroom with a custom shower enclosure. This was a tricky job because the shower sits under the stairs, but they were able to create something that fits perfectly, and gives us a more comfortable space to shower. The lead time is a little longer since they fabricate per order, but the installation was completed in a couple of days (that includes city inspections). Their crew was also very respectful of our home. Overall it was a great experience. "

After getting tired to repaired broken pipes and a rather costly leak, Dean was able to figure out a way to run the waterline through interior walls so we never have to worry about that again. We are very happy with Red Box did and highly recommend them. Dean and Mariah were excellent to work with, and the quality of their work was top notch. They were quick and despite the amount of demolition that had to be done, our house never felt like a construction site. They were always clear about what they were doing. They carefully measured and cut so that the finished product looked very professionally done. They helped in providing all the materials information so that I was able to submit a warranty request to Trex as a residential customer to get the maximum, transferable warranty from Trex for all the materials that came from them.
