"I’d give Joe Slater 10 stars if I could. Joe called to discuss my computer issues and said he was pretty sure he could help. He followed up with an estimate. Once I approved and the appt was set he showed up on time. Took his shoes off at the door! Joe changed my wi-fi password and then updated my MacPro laptop, iPhone, iPad, Echo, Amazon Fire, Directv and all the apps (Netflix, Prime,etc), and my work computer! Then he went to work getting my printer to print! Joe is wicked smart with his degree in software engineering and a minor in cyber security. Plus he is very friendly, super easy to talk to, answered all my questions as he worked. My experience was awesome! Highly recommend Joe Slater for any level of computer hardware or software issues."

"Anthony called at a predetermined time to help me with an issue that I had not experienced in the past.  He was very professional, extremely pleasant and when he took remote control of my computer, I knew we were in good hands.  He restored documents and pictures that I thought were hopelessly lost.  He also cleaned up and eliminated unnecessary programs.    I sat in the comfort of my home, sipping coffee while watching Anthony work his magic.  Take my tower to a shop where it will languish for two weeks?  No thanks!  I will be contacting Anthony for any future computer repairs.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
