This is an older home with much of the floors carpeted and we wanted the hardwood under it to be refinished. So, there were bound to be surprises and they were a few. But, Willy and his crew walked us through the options to make the floors look great, given the age of the property. It even included time and effort to deal with termites and urine stains. They also moved the heavy furniture out and back when done. I was also impressed with how efficiently it got done. I'm glad I found these guys!"

They gave me advice on what products I should avoid as they tend to discolour the carpet. I also was reassured that, despite the barf-o-rama, my carpet was in pretty good condition. This was a deeper cleaning (steam) than other cleaners I have hired before. Although it has taken longer to dry, I can see the incredible difference 24 hrs. later. The cats can too...I think. >ºº<"
