Mike and his helper cleaned and sealed the tile floors. The tenants had left the grout quite dirty, especially the kitchen. They were on their hands and knees with a brush, got the grout looking like new. They were at the house for seven hours, working hard the entire time. They did a fantastic job, the floors are beautiful again.

my main reason for using this company was because according to their website, they were "eco-friendly"...no harmful fumes or chemicals, no downtime of being able to use the tub and no paints which can peel over time. HOWEVER, this was not the case. they used paint and chemicals which had a toxic smell and i was unable to use my tub for 3 days. the harmful fumes even went into neighboring units as i live in a townhouse.
my estimate over the phone was $450 max. he said it might be less depending on what the tub really looked like but they won't know until they get there. the tub guy was on time for refinishing my tub. told me the quote of $450 was for tub only and that surround would be an extra $200. then told me if i wanted a clearcoat...an extra $200 for the tub and extra $200 for the surround. told me the clearcoat would warrant the tub from peeling for lifetime. so i agreed. so total was $1050 but would do everything for $1000...so much more than i was expecting to pay. the upside to this is that my tub and surround looks awesome!!!
paid by credit card and he told me i would get a receipt in a few days. week and a half later, i get an invoice for $700. had to email them back saying i paid $1000. what's the deal? told me there was a mix-up.

Horrible!!! We were with out the use of a shower for over a month.
