They went above and beyond for us in getting our floors done and the end result is perfect. Couldn't have been a better experience. We are so glad we chose Precision Flooring, Inc. for our floors. This is the best contractor we have ever used on any of our homes, whether in Hawaii or on the mainland. Family owned and operated, their focus on quality is unbelievable. Our builder couldn't provide the wood floor that we wanted so we decided to install our own after closing. We planned to order our own materials (flooring, adhesive and trim). Our installer would have to remove about 300 sq ft of ceramic tile and 800 sq ft of brand new carpet on our first floor then install about 1100 sq ft of engineered wood floor and trim. We did extensive research on potential contractors and selected three to bid on our project including Precision who we found highly recommended on HomeAdvisor. Shannon from Precision provided the most professional and complete bid of all including a visual layout he input into his IPad. Precision's estimate was head and shoulders above the others in detail and the price quoted was very reasonable. We were told the work would take 5 days (M-F) and that was accurate, except that the crew came back on Saturday to finish up minor trim work and final cleaning. We scheduled our project at a time when we were certain our materials would be delivered which was 3 weeks after we selected Precision. Shannon and his crew arrived at 8AM on Monday (as they did every day) and worked until 4:30 or 5. They left the worksite as clean as possible at the end of the day as we were living on the second floor and needed access to the kitchen in the evening. We were there every step of the way to witness the care and pride every member of the crew (family members) took in their work. They had the correct specialty tools to do their work, asked appropriate questions when they needed clarification and made worthwhile suggestions from their extensive past experience in laying floors. All in all, this was the best contractor experience we've had over the past 30 years. The floor turned out to be more beautiful than we ever thought it would. Shannon and his family were rightfully very proud of the work they did for us. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have flooring installed on Oahu.

Wow! What a great find! Everyone at Precision Flooring is extremely kind, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I wasn't sure what to expect after finding them online. Usually I like to work with vendors that have been referred to me. But I am so glad I found them. From start to finish they explained every step and detail to me. I knew what I could expect from them and they told me what they needed from me. There were no hidden secrets. They were so easy to work with and schedule appointments with, and they were on time every time! They were very flexible with our schedule and were always there when we needed them. Best of all, they are affordable! They came in at almost half the cost compared to another quote I received. I will definitely be working with Precision Flooring again!

Justin was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I was sold to hire them after seeing the professionalism in how the proposal was written up and the Contract, and of course the reviews. It was told to be four days of work, but with their team Justin and his father Shannon and the other workers, they worked from morning to evening for three days straight. Both son and father kept me informed of problems that came up and they faced, but corrected the best they could within the scope of the work, but still did the extra work without any complaints. I recommend this company with ten stars if I could. Very professional! Mahalo!

The customer service was great and the carpet installation was done professionally and in an organized way.

I didn't expect to pay almost $11,000 for laminate flooring for 5 rooms--less than 500 sf of flooring. It was very hard to absorb the exorbitant cost.

Very good follow through in communicating about the job, answering questions, and work. The beautiful, new floor was done in one day!

Communication was excellent where I always knew what was happening and what to expect. There are many steps up a hill to my house but material and tools were brought up cheerfully with no complaints. This indicated to me the quality of the crew. Work was done neatly and with apparent quality. After work was complete, clean up was excellent.

Justin was my contact he understood exactly what I wanted, When he was in doubt, he contacted me and my wife went to the wood laminate dealer where we was able to select the exact laminate we wanted. The installers for both the carpet and wood laminate, arrived on time and went to work right away. The installation was perfect and the work was professional. I would recommend Precision flooring if you want professional results.

I purchased carpeting for two bedrooms from Lowe's about 3 years ago; their sub installed it. It always looked loose and, as time went by, there were more and more wrinkles. Lowe's said the installation was only warranted for one year. Through Home Advisors I contacted Precision Flooring. When I said who had installed the carpeting, they said, "Say no more" (I gathered they had heard this before). Thanks to them, my problem is now history: they pulled up, stretched and re-installed it properly. It looks like it's new again. The three workers were polite, they responded quickly, and the price was reasonable. They also moved and put back our heavier furniture which was much appreciated. I am very, very happy with them and their service, as well as with Home Advisors for making me aware of them.

Shanon, Justin and Jordan are very knowledgeable. They politely answered us when we asked them question. Very friendly. Highly recommended to everyone who need help with their carpet/flooring because 100% they know what they're doing.

This is an outstanding contractor. Was at my home within an hour of contacting home advisor. Worked until late into the evening to get the job done. Customer service and quality of work were excellent. Highly recommend.
