Response and estimate was made very timely. They were professional all the way. The estimator was thorough in his explanation of what would be done. All my questions were answered. I had a question about the color and Marvis sent me a sample to compare. Installation was done and they left my home clean. Paradise Raingutters also installed leaf guards. They also installed 2 rain barrels at no extra cost. It looks great!

She squeezed me in and her team did the job right away. I was concerned our roof was about 30 feet high, but it was not a problem for them. Pono was efficient in leading the installation. Marvis contacted me within 45 mins of my web inquiry. She was able to come to the site that morning and see what the job entailed. It was a repair of a front garage gutter and downspout. Not a big job but a necessary one. She was able to schedule us in by then end of the week. Installers Haa and Bobby were courteous and efficient. The only reason I gave a 4 rating for 'value of money' is that I needed the job done quickly and sought no other estimate. I would like to believe that her quote was in line with the requested job. My home needed new gutters plus rain catchment installation and I tried Paradise Rain Gutters (via a Google search) and another company (recommended by a friend) and Marvis from Paradise Rain Gutters responded to my form submission within a couple of days. She sent her foreman out to check out the property for a free estimate and he was kind and extremely responsive. We have been wanting to install rain water catchments for years but we are not handy people. We have four different sets of gutters, so her foreman helped me problem solve the best way to maximize our catchment. I liked him a lot and Marvis responded with a quote quickly. We waited about a week to see if the other company would get back to us, but we never heard from them. It took my husband and I a little while to discuss the job, then I sent Marvis a detailed email with my concerns and clarifications. The quote didn't change at all, but she updated the invoice to include some clarifications and put us on the calendar for about a week out. The crew came on the day and due to having to move my garden on my lanai, they had to come back the next day. They did a great job with everything, including installing three different water barrels for three different gutters around the house. I honestly couldn't be happier! We still have two sets of gutters that they did not replace since the gutters still work, but as soon as they need replacing, I will be contacting Marvis again.

Difficult to assess workmanship without any rain. Although job accomplished by Erik, concern is safety on the job since partner was no-show. Erik was helpful in answering questions & marveled with solo job. Thank you much.

The job was scheduled and done in a timely fashion. The new gutters and downspouts look sturdy and neat. As for price, I don’t know if it was as on the high or low end. I contacted 3 companies on Home Advisor and Paradise Raingutters was the only on to contact me. For overall experience, i would recommend.
