"We had some scheduling issues at first but they did come by and do the work. They did keep in touch with us until they could come out. They did a good job helping us clear an area of the yard. Two people came out and completed the work in 2 hours. Yes, it’s okay to trim low branches on a tree, also known as limbing up or raising the crown. Palm trees are unique in that their roots don't grow straight down; they grow horizontally. Typically, palm tree roots go down between 12 and 36 inches deep.
