Overall it went fine. The more directional the customer is and the more acknowledgement by the vendor as to exactly what is to be done, the more satisfaction will be achieved. Vendor was coopperative and client was not nit picking.

I would recommend them. The price was high but the job was nicely done.

Job was quite well done. Pruning was perhaps more conservative (less severe) than other services. The plumarias might have been cut back further, as they grow so fast. Be sure to be specific with instuctions. Unfortunately, we weren't available when the estimate was done. All in - A great job. We'll use them again.

Provided timely estimate, excellent price (half of one of my other quotes), showed up on-time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up the site. Very satisfied with the work. Definitely would recommend.
