When we first entered this business we had some very important decision's to make. We spent most of the time on one question. Do we offer an economy, quick, in-n-out window cleaning job, or do we offer a through, top quality job? Fortunately we made the right decision deciding to offer a top notch job to our customers. Our pricing may be a little higher than the average window cleaner with a bucket and squeegee, but how many referrals would you send to our company if there were streaks and smears on your windows after we left? Not many, and referrals are the life-blood of our company. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
