Once he got paid by a charitable organization helping me escape domestic violence, he changed everything. No contract, no item list, refused to take many agreed-on items, and demanded more money last minute. He yelled, cursed at me, called me names, and disrespected me as a woman. He said he?d process a refund after unloading my items?it?s been over a week, and now he?s ignoring us. His office in Colombia makes excuses like no reception or that Joe is out of state. This is dishonest, unprofessional, and cruel. I lost time, money, and stability. He uses the name of God to build trust but behaves in the exact opposite way. Do NOT trust this company."
