It went very well. The weather turned against us and the job turned out to be harder than anticipated. The crew stepped -up to the situation and worked very hard secure the house and to re-roof in the pouring rain. They did an excellent job. I totally respect these guys - they are very professional and very skilled and I am very happy with the wonderful job they did.

I started having problems with my roof leaking, so set about consulting roofers about what should be done.  Heritage Roofing responded quickly, and came out to assess the situation.  They took photos of key areas of the roof, and showed me where the bad areas were.  Thomas Mewshaw (the owner), gave me a quote to do just the repairs, or to re-do the entire roof.  I could have opted to have them do just the repairs initially, then re-do the entire roof later for the price quoted to just go ahead and do the entire roof now.  My house has a Brai roof, over twenty years old.  Although the roof was still sound, it was showing a lot of wear, and I opted to have Heritage re-do the entire roof (on top of the Brai) before it got worse.  Because of the leaks, I was concerned that there might be unseen water damage or dry rot underneath the Brai, but they used infrared thermal imaging to check it out, and it was fine.  They also put Gaco silicone coating over the insulation on my pipes running across the roof from my solar system (old insulation was getting dried out and cracked).  Thomas was very professional and responsive, and kept me apprised of progress on a daily basis.  During the work, they were using a hose of mine, and it cracked.  It was a very old hose, but Thomas insisted on replacing it for me.  His team was good about not leaving a mess behind at the end of the work day, and when the job was finished, Thomas made sure everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction.  I am planning a kitchen remodel which will involve punching a hole in the roof for a range hood, and Thomas said he would come back to reseal around the hole at no extra charge, once the remodel work is completed.  It's been 7 months now, and many rain showers later, no leaks, no problems.  Also, I seem to be getting better performance out of my solar system, since they coated the pipe insulation with Gaco.  All in all, I had a very good experience with Heritage Roofing.
