BEST CLEANING ON HAWAII'S GOLD COAST!
In the midst of moving to the Big Island we forgot to call ahead to have someone clean our townhouse at the Mauna Lani before we arrived. Once we arrived, after packing our personal items from our CA home and cleaning out a 4,000 sq ft house we knew we needed someone else to come in and clean our new townhouse simply because we were too tired to do it.
I called 4 cleaning services listed in another directory - no one else called back (ever) except Pat Streib of Gold Cost Cleaning. Not only could she squeeze us in on the day I called, we got lucky, she cleaned our house as if she was going to live here! Pat and her crew did a full "move out" cleaning or a deep cleaning that took all day. They spent over two hours on our upper lani alone. Bottom line Pat and her team did a superior job and was priced fairly for the amount of work that was required. The best part, she took great pride in her work and did it all with a big smile on her face. When she said "Don't worry, your satisfaction is MY command and guarantee.(Because I don't want to come back to do something someone else may have missed!)" I knew she really understood the importance of customer service and satisfaction.
I can't recommend Gold Coast Cleaning highly enough - if you need a professional cleaning service anywhere along the Kohala Coast from the Waikoloa Resort to Mauna Kea, call Pat and her team at Gold Coast Cleaning you'll be glad you did!
