"Initially I found this company on Yelp but I was even more pleased to see the favorable reviews at Angi's website. I made contact Dec 3, 2023 with Aaron and supplied him with the list of plumbing repairs. After more than 3 weeks he contacted me on Dec 27 to apologize that he got tied up with a large project but would be able to schedule early the following week. To date (Feb 29, 2024) there has been no callback from Aaron. The repairs are now an emergency with a March 31, 2024 deadline.   As a longtime member of Angi's list and born and raised in Hawaii, I thought I was hiring the best person for the job. Instead I am thoroughly disappointed and disheartened. So much so I felt I needed to share my experience. Frankly, I would have had more respect if Aaron had just told me up front that he wasn't interested or didn't want to take the job so I could hire someone else more responsive, efficient and professional."

We are a small family operated business, we are but three. We do the application process/paperwork for you. Permit Application.Processing fees are paid up-front. Well is paid for when it is drilled, cased, pump installed and sealed. We do have a contract that has to be signed before work will begin.
