Iâ ve been trying to get a W9 from them and have left voice and text messages and no one calls back. The phone is always a recording.

They were 6 1/2 hours late and missed a couple spots but did 4 rooms for price of 3, hung fallen curtains and found my lost butterfly ring.

Quick reply, I was having unexpected house guest for the weekend & needed my carpets cleaned ASAP. Zed came out the same day and did an excellent job on my carpets. It not only looked clean it smelled clean & no residue was left on the carpet. It was dry in no time. I’m looking forward to useing him again for future projects.

Contacted me right away and scheduled an inspection of my carpet. Arrived on scheduled. Inspected and scheduled to do the job. They came as scheduled and did the best job they could do on a 23 year old carpet that had pet stains of a pet that lived in the house for 16 + years. After the cleaning it look much better but their were still some urine stains that could not come out even after shampooing a second time. If it weren't for the pet stains the carpet would have looked like new. I would hire them again in the future.

Zed is by far the most professional service provider we have had in our 15 years in Hawaii. He fit us into his schedule and was always on time. Our area rug looked terrible and he made it company ready. Zed will definitely be the first one we call for any deep cleaning needs.

Professional and their work was excellent. With 3 large dogs living with us, loads of hair and they got it out! Carpets were dry to move furniture back in less than 3 hours. I had always rented a carpet cleaning machine, done the work myself, never again.
