"Mr.Majamay installed a pole on top side of the house. It is a pole for Ecovac Goat 2500 Robot Lawnmower to receive satellite signal reception. I did not want the pole mounted on the ground per instructions as there are wild animals who’d destroy it on the ground after dark. Therefore, Mr. Majamay created a way to mount the pole and did an excellent job. It’s secure from high winds. I will keep Mr. Majamay on speed dial, he does good work and has excellent customer service skills, he listens to the customer needs and follows through."

Leif handled the plumbing expertly and efficiently, replacing the angle stops and supply lines under both bathroom sinks and replacing supply lines and shutoff valves for the washer. Graham was equally proficient removing the old bathroom fans, revising the supporting structure, and installing the new fans. He also revised the wiring for the fans, installed new bathroom wall switches, fixed the outlet for the washer/dryer, and replaced a breaker switch in the master electrical box. BJ and Josh then took care of drywall repairs and mudding in the bathrooms. Overall, the various jobs were completed well and in a reasonable time frame."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
