"The technician from Air Conditioning Concepts showed up on time and got started immediately on checking and cleaning our split AC units. We have a mix of old Friedrich and newer Mitsubishi units, and he knew how to service both with no problem. He was able to get 2 of the old units up and running by adding coolant to both and retaping the wiring on one of them. Throughout the process he was very polite, had a positive attitude and took the time to talk to us about the age and duration of our units, what he found while maintaining them, and how he fixed them. Mahalo Juvanny!"
