Brandon, the service technician, arrived early and immediately began working. It was an all day job performing maintenance on our 6 a/c units. He pointed out an issue with one of the units that needed a replacement part that he was able to replace the same day. He worked efficiently and did a good job. Brandon had a professional attitude and cleaned up after the work was completed.

Shout out to Kevin from Air Masters. After a preliminary estimate back in April, he returned to repair my Mitsubishi AC unit. He wasted no time in laying down plastic sheeting to protect the floor and wall. He immediately began breaking the down the unit and replacing the evaporator coil. He cleaned the entire unit and recharged the refrigerant. Kevin cleaned up his entire work area and tested the unit before leaving. He did a great job.

Sherman a man of his word! Great integrity and honesty in his profession! Kim and Duke did an outstanding job installing an outside unit and repairing some old pipes and drain pipe,. Highly recommend this ac company!

Technician Kevin expertly replaced the water pump (I think tha's correct) on the a/c unit in my masterbedroom. It had been gurgling/grinding recently & at one point would not stop that noise. Also when I had the a/c units installed in 2023, there was a pipe that ran on the upper side of my diningroom wall. Previously I had a curtain ruffle partially covering it. However, due to recently installing new blinds, it became totally exposed. Putting on the cover over it, created more blending with my wall & more aesthetic.

They were pretty good. They did a good job. Their responsiveness was very good. They came when they said they would come. They were right there when they said they would. Their professionalism was good.

Sherman set up an appointment to give me an estimate for the Sunday after I called him. He arrived promptly and gave me an estimate on the spot. He said if we went with Air Masters that they could perform the work in approximately a week and a half.
True to his word, Sherman emailed me the proposal and called to schedule the installation for August 31. Rex and crew arrived promptly on August 31 and completed the job that afternoon. 

Very friendly and work done in a timely manner. Had all the needed parts

The problem was not with the drain line, the unit was not level, so water was ponding on the "low" side, which was opposite the drain.
Unit was leveled, double checked to make sure water was draining, problem solved.
NOTE: Air Masters did not install this unit, so the problem was NOT theirs.
Really appreciated their quick response and although they could have charged for another service call, they didn't

After discussing the price and other information with my son, we decided to go with Air Masters and accept their proposal.  I contacted Malcolm on Monday, discussed a few questions and informed him that due to health issues that I was having, I would appreciate an installation as soon as possible.  He stated that he would get back to me the next day.  I was presently surprised when Air Masters was able to accommodate me the next day!  Everyone arrived on time, Larry and Noel did a superb job and quick installation, the electricians came over shortly thereafter and by mid afternoon, our air conditioner was on.

Not only was I on cool cloud 9, but I was even happier when I looked at my electric meter the next morning and saw that the air conditioner was a miser...........only a few kwhs for all of that comfort!

Malcom the estimator showed up at my house exactly when he said that he would arrive and gave me a price that morning. He emailed me a proposal that afternoon. They did the work today and two installers show up right on time. Both Rex and Jamie were very professional and asked me during the install where I wanted the units and pipes. Everything came out really nice. The electricians were subbed out and arrived mid day. They took less than two hours and did a great job.
I called six companies and only three showed up to give an estimate. One company said they were too busy, two companies told me an estimator would call me, but that didn't happen. One company showed up two hours later than they stated they would be here and they have yet to provide a price or written estimate. The Alternate Energy rep was very good and worth considering. However, the Mitsubishi units are bigger and would not fit above my window, or anywhere in my room. I had to pass on them. Expect Alternate Energy price to be a few hundred dollars higher per unit, but it might be worth it if you want great service.

Went great.  We waited a LONG time for them because they were busy, but that is sometimes what you have to do to get the best quality and service....and they were exactly that.  Their price was reasonable and the recommendations were on point.  During the free estimate, we were thoroughly briefed on what to expect if we chose them and this put us completely at ease with our end decision to go with them.  When they arrived, they had an army of people working on different parts of the house.  Everyone was courteous, and all things were cleaned up before they left. Of course we had to clean the floors and vacuum afterwards, but that's to be expected when any workers come into our home.  Their recommendations on the best way to install the A/C was price effective and they did an outstanding job with the installation.  I am a real estate agent and would highly recommend them to my clients.

They arrived on time, promptly got to work and had the installation completed in about two hours. Rex and Alan were polite, took care not to damage anything and cleaned up when their work was finished.

For the most part, work was good, although I had to make a couple of suggestions as to how best fine-tune installation. I was in the process of remodeling, so walls were already torn out which made installation much easier - not sure how they would have hidden pipes and wires had the walls been intact. One of the units turned out to be too large, so I asked them to replace it with a smaller unit (no, it hadn't been installed yet - just taken out of the box). They charged me a 30% restocking fee which I was very upset with (supposedly a function of the supplier's policy, not Air Master's). But overall, my gut says they simply brought it back to the shop and then installed it at a later date somewhere else at full price - think I got ripped off on this aspect of the deal. About two years ago I decided to take a look at replacing the units - as I recall, the Air Masters guy who came out gave me a bunch of ho-hum reasons as to why it would be hard to replace the units even using the same wiring and pipes along with other 'restrictions' - got the feeling they didn't want the work (yes, I was going to use the same brand of A/C). Going to use another source with the highest BBB rating and on Angie's List. Overall, Air Masters was pretty good, but I think I can do better elsewhere. To be fair, keep in mind that the original work was about 12 years ago, and replacement inquiry 2 years back, so things may be different in 2013.

Malcolm, the Air Masters service technician, was both professional and efficient. He completed the entire periodic maintenance tune-up, including replacing the coolant drier, in an hour less than his estimate. Malcom was very good at explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it every step of the process. He made a recommendation regarding improving the protection from the elements for the coolant drier as well as chiding me for not replacing the inside air filter as often as I should. I can recommend Malcolm as a skilled and efficient HVAC service technician.

While Malcolm was DA BESS! the office staff initially responding to my phone call to schedule the service could use customer service training. It is worth tolerating the receptionists attitude in order to get Malcolm.

The conversation with the receptionist began well enough with her asking was this a repair, cautioning me their first available appointment wasn't for a couple of weeks, and then, when I said it was just a PM, taking my order. However, each step of the order process was not customer friendly.

She asked me for the manufacturer of the unit, and I told her York, and she said and quot;Good we service York. Then she asked me if Air Masters had installed the unit I said and quot;Noand quot; and received a deep sigh from the receptionist. She then said, and quot;You'll have to sign a waiver for service since it isn't our unit.and quot; Interestingly, no waiver was ever offered for signature.

She then asked when the unit was last serviced. I told her I had no idea. Another sigh from the receptionist.

She asked me the age of the unit and I told her nearly 20 years old. Again a sigh, followed by, and quot;We'll definitely need a service waiver.and quot; Again, none was ever presented to me.

She then told me the scheduler was not available and would contact me later that day to confirm the day, date and time. After not hearing from anyone at Air Masters for 48 hours I called again about the appointment. I was transferred directly to Malcolm where he again was professional, affable and helpful in scheduling my appointment, explaining where he would need access and for how long, and his overall cost and time estimate.

Again, if you can get past the receptionists attitude Malcolm will provide great service. Air Masters could easily earn an and quot;Aand quot;

i was not onsite, however, the tenants indiacted everything went well and the A/C's are functioning properly now.

It went well. They were on time, quick, and very minimal as far as being intrusive. The only negatives I can speak of, are, they did not have enough PVC pipe for the condensation drain. So I had to finish that myself, and I felt the price was a little steep. But other than that they were great....

I used this company for the oriiginal installation of the units in three separate rooms.The provided an accepatble estimate of the cost and the length of time required for the job. The crew arrived on time and had an individual working on the outside and another working on the inside. The job was finished on time and to my complete satisfaction. I did watch them on the installation; however, one of the original crew members came to service the units. I did not feel that I needed to watch so closely for the maintenance. He finished the maintenance job quickly and explained how to clean the filter(s) should I decide to forego the maintenance next time.

Initial visit was for condensation leaking from split AC unit in bedroom. They came on time and fixed problem. They also serviced a 2nd unit in another bedroom, including adding coolant (it wasn't cooling well) and identified broken louvre. They ordered the part and came back a 2nd time to replace the broken piece. I had them service 2 other split ACs as well. Puntual and courteous wtih quality work. Highly recommended.

Had a problem with one of the AC units that was immediately remedied by these guys. The follow up to reschedule work appt is a little slow but other than that, they're great.

From home appointment for an estimate to the scheduling of our system and installation of our new system went smoothly. No problems.

It took 8 weeks for new units to come from East Coast. After arrival installation was done in a timely manner and efficiently by crew.
Great company, I would sincerely recommend them to others.
