Jae was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty fan, explained everything clearly, and ordered the necessary part right away. As soon as the part arrived, Jae called me to schedule the installation and had my AC back in top shape in no time. His efficiency and dedication were impressive, and he even took the time to inspect the entire system to ensure it was running smoothly.

AC is finally working properly!! Had two window units which weren't blowing cold air for unknown reason. Found JK AC service here and Jay came in clutch. Super fast response, and very reasonable quote. Jay definitely understood the issues of my ac and knew what he was talking about. Scheduling was very easy through this yelp messaging system and Jay performed real quick to fix. Would highly recommend. Thank you Jay!!!
