I hired Stone Cold Air LLC after a long exhaustive and detailed search to install central air in my home. Stone Cold Air LLC is a professional and courteous team who provided a fair price. Mana is totally responsive to your needs via text, emails and phone calls. He treats the customer with respect, answers questions, and his employees are extremely conscientious and reliable. After installing the central air conditioner unit recently, I am totally impressed. As was a Carrier client for many years (those days are over) and never ever again; but matching to find the right solid company was challenging. However, Mana was right on the mark, and I am a true believer of his product and company! The unit is quiet and cools magnificently throughout the entire home. I cant say enough about the teams hands on attention to detail and getting the job done right the first time. I hired Stone Cold Air LLC after interviewing many prospective contractors to install central air in my home. I was initially impressed with Manas responsiveness to my numerous phone calls, texts, and emails to him about concerns I had before I moved forward. He was always friendly, responded within 24 hours or less, and was very professional and polite when answering my questions. I hired the company because of his honesty, professionalism, reliability, faith in the product he recommended (Daikin), his team, and his attention to pleasing the customer. Ian was also an integral part of this team as he worked with Mana to come up with solutions to cooling questions, and the placing of duct work to optimize the cooling in my home. I was involved with this project from start to finish and they took their time to install it properly and to ensure I was satisfied with the end product. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a good air conditioning system installed and supported by an outstanding group of professionals who know this business very well.

We're so glad that we found Stone Cold Air for our Central Air Replacement install. Their professionalism, timelines and service was top notch. After 3 weeks with no ac, they installed a brand new Daikin system in 2 days. The Daikin unit is sleek and takes up half the space as our old unit. The online app to monitor our home is eay to use and control the temperature. The house cooled down so quickly and it's so quiet outside. Stone Cold Air offered great pricing and were honest throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new ac system. Mana Place, his daugher and Ian were outstanding! When we finally met at my home I immediatley got a good vibe from him because my name is Mana as well. His professionalism, expertise and customer service with ALOHA exceeded my expectations and is what sealed the deal. We spoke a couple of more times, before the install, on the phone and his explanation on the products he was going to install and the dynamics of the warranty was very clear and thorough. Stone Cold was not the cheapest out of all the bids I took but to walk away with an OUTSTANDING Customer experience like I did, was priceless! I am a firm believer in, "you get what you pay for" and I most certainly did! I would HIGHLY recommend Stone Cold to any of my family and friends if they should ever need to replace and install their AC system.
