I was very impressed with Chris & Steve. I got an appointmen for 4 days later after speaking with Chris. They showed up on time and installed my new window AC in less than 1.5 hrs. They worked well together to ensure the unit was properly installed, and operating correctly. They explained everything to me and listened to my concerns. They took extra care to make sure the area/molding around the AC was not damaged and replaced it as found and cleaned up after they were finished. The cost was about average ($400) for my job size compared to 3 quotes from other AC companies ranging from $350 - $485. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Kung Fu Air...Thank you!

This is an excellent young company whose owners are professional and responsible. They used to work for a large company that our old central air condo uses but unlike THAT company, these guys are HONEST and actually do the work at a fair price! I called 8 other companies and had 2 other companies to our condo and they did absolutely nothing except charge me for work that they should have done. Chris and Steve did all the maintenance and cleaning work on 4 central air units and discovered a ticking time bomb in the master bedroom right over hubby's work closet. The overflow sensor was not working, and the pan was full to the lip and would have ruined everything in the closet and the teak floors below. These guys will be back on a regular basis with us and hopefully our condo association will be open to spreading the word amongst the residents who are getting ripped off by the other companies who are often here.

My initial request was for repair but with their knowledge and honest advisement, we are now enjoying a brand new, worrying free, 12 years warranty unit and the best part is, the Kung Fu Air team assured me that they would be available anytime, if further problems arise and to just call!!!! And their return calls or texts do not take days, returned within the hour. Additionally, quality workmanship, explanations along the way to make sure we understood what was being done . . . This company renews my trust and faith that there are people who take pride in their work and want the best for their customer(s).
