"Our experience with Eco Landscaping design has been nothing less than exceptional. I would say that we were one of their tougher customers as we were out of state through the whole process of our pool installation. Trust me, we did our research for over a year and a half and we watched and waited and read and asked questions. Eco Landscaping design simply stood out from any of the other companies or contractors that we had contacted and interviewed. Paul listened to our needs and ideas and educated us on different products and on the complete construction. Even to helping us pick out our colors for the pool and around the pool. This was a major project, a total make over to our backyard. Paul and his crew at Eco Landscaping design did amazing, keeping us informed on how the process was going every day. We got pictures, videos, phone calls all throughout the day. Paul and his crew stayed on top to make sure that we knew exactly what was going on. We had some major things done because "

"Service provider stated that she will charge $800 for her labor and be able to complete the work agreed to from 3/14/24 to 3/15/24 but was unable to complete the job. The job included soundproofing the open basement ceiling areas, finishing/ enclosing the ceiling with drywall and molding and installing panel doors in laundry area in basement as well as put plywood/ drywall to enclose open space next to the basement laundry area. She worked on the ceiling part on 3/14, 3/15 and 3/18 instead. She send a message at 9:32pm on 3/18 saying “I can’t do any more”. She then got upset when we questioned the botched workmanship in the ceiling which was incomplete and left in a haste without discussing anything else with us. She did not say anything about paying her, fixing the damaged HVAC hose, cleaning the areas she worked in or if she will come back to complete the job verbally. Instead she threatened to put a lien on our home. She damaged part of the HVAC airflow as well as totally left the floors full of debris. As well as left the adjourning bedroom unclean and full of left over building supplies. The job was not completed and it looks totally botched. We would like to have the HVAC hose that she damaged repaired or replaced as it may be disrupting airflow and in turn possible raise our heat bill in the meantime. We would like to be partially charged or not charged at all for this job as it has not only totally inconvenienced us, it was botched and also incomplete. This job will need to be totally redone and I paid for building supplies which was in access to $1000 which I would like to be reimbursed for. We would also like to have the area that is now filthy and scattered with debris and the building supplies used cleaned."
