When work began, He was respectful of our home and belongings. I was impressed with the time he took to ensure the repairs were performed properly. Chris went above and beyond to make us happy. There was NO clean-up needed when he finished for the day because He did it all, and then some. His work included drywall crack repair, drywall replacement, baseboard and door casement replacement and painting. Chris was truly professional to work with. Outstanding work. Thanks again Chris."

"The owner was communicative and workers were efficient, but they didn’t really finish the job. There were two smaller holes that never got fixed and I unfortunately didn’t notice at first, however I did show them these initially. They didn’t sand down the patched drywall but one of them spoke a little english and the other spoke absolutely none so this was difficult to explain. I was left with splotchy and extremely textured patches on my wall. I believe they tried explaining this away by claiming this was the texture of the wall but it was a lot more textured/grainy than the rest of the wall. The most frustrating part: I was not told until they were ready to walk out the door that they only accepted cash or zelle. I probably should’ve asked but I also provide services to customers of my own and I always inform them of payment options. Waiting until the last second (on the owner and workers’ part) resulted in a fifteen minute awkward waiting period where they just stood in the doorway of my home while we called my bank and tried to set up a zelle account. I’ve had different repairs and cleanings done and I’ve just never seen so few payment options that were also not communicated up front."

"I hired Mr. Rios to redo are upcoming nursery. The room was in bad shape, Mr. Rios came and gave us an honest assessment of what needed to be done. Mr. Rios was honest and professional and did an outstanding job. The room was taken down to the studs, had to be leveled, sub flooring added, insulation, new dry wall, ceiling, trim, floors and paint. The room looks incredible, Mr. Rios made sure everything was done correct and amazing attention to detail. I would highly recommend Mr. Rios for any future home renovations. I've included pictures from all the work done and again I can't express how happy we are with the completed work. "

"Very well ! Michael and his crew ( 5) all are very polite, professional and detail oriented in their work assignment. The crew worked all day with Michael's supervision, and asked us of any concern or questions that we might have. I read great reviews prior to engaging them - their collaboration with each member of the group has proven their professionalism. I waited 2 weeks to write this review in order to observe if any leaks or other concern that might arise. Prior to the start of the workday the crew covered all areas that might be soiled while they work & at the end of the day they cleaned the space thoroughly . This proves their professionalism. We definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors and would like to engage them in our future home assignments."

"John was a pleasure to work with regards to material selection, sending a quote, and explaining the product, installation, warranty, etc. The price was beyond reasonable and the installers showed up on time, were courteous, efficient, etc. They worked quickly, without sacrificing quality, and finished a large space in one day. I'm so pleased with them. I've asked them to do the main floor of my house as well."

"I had a brand new heat pump system installed in April 2023. They sent subcontractors to install it who were very unprofessional and they left bare wires hanging out of the machine and it did not look like it was installed correctly. It stopped working completely 4 times in 5 months, the last time was on October 10, service tech said, “I really don’t agree with the way they installed it “ he said the wires were barely connected so it kept losing power. He got it working again and left. Two weeks ago it got cold and we turned the system to heat for the very first time. It blew cold air. We made ANOTHER service call. The technician said that a switch had “gone bad” because, “they wear out” we explained that we have never used the heat even once, so how could the switch be worn out. Then they advised they had to order a part. Over a week later the part came in and they returned and that still didn’t fix. Now they say the compressor has, “gone bad” and when we reiterated that we have never even used it so how is it worn out they answered, “they just go bad sometimes” we still don’t have heat, they say they have to order more parts. We asked them to look over the whole system because we don’t think it is installed right and I am genuinely concerned that it is a fire hazard and they looked at it, put electrical tape on some hanging wires and left. We have had to take SIX days off work so far and buy space heaters and we are no closer to having a working system. This unit is less then SIX MONTHS OLD. At this point I have no choice but to pursue legal action. This whole experience has been terrible and has cost me hundreds in missed time at work and I’m still paying for a system that does not work."

"I was extremely misled by this company who did not provide the service at the cost they communicated. I never received a print copy of the quote, and the quote that was said out loud (and confirmed) was THOUSANDS less than the bill I received. (I even confirmed the number out loud and commented on how low the cost was, and the owner did not correct me to state the number I received on my bill.) Furthermore, had the owner (who gave the quote and then never followed up until he wanted payment -- also leaving me to ask the contract worker what was even going on or whom I paid and when and how in the midst of hazardous and unsafe living conditions due to disease risk -- clarified the price point when I REPEATED THE NUMBER OUT LOUD TO HIM AND COMMENTED THAT IT SEEMED LOW) been direct, honest, and forthright with me, my insurance would have stepped in to cover it. Don't trust them to communicate with you. Get another quote. Do more price shopping since they're willing to admit they messed up but aren't willing to do anything about it. Also, even if you don't think the number will meet your home insurance deductible amount, consult with them anyway. Now I'm retroactively trying to get insurance to help out, and they have many questions about the way the Ductz service was conducted AND concerns about the way it was documented."
