"Jacob is very professional, personable, and communicates clearly. I knew what to expect. After showing him the elements of our irrigation system and describing the problem, he knew what to do and went right to work. He fixed the issues and tested the system to ensure it was working properly. When he was finished, he shared that he also did landscape lighting. He had a few ideas about what would look nice on our property, and also offered that he could create a full plan and then implement in phases to work within our budget. I highly recommend Jacob Lane. "Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."
