"Joe and Chuck and the entire crew, two thumbs up. I had a wall, stairs and the side of the mountain to be finished out with over 4 tons of River Rock mortared in. The stairs and walk way had 1 1/2 tons of flagstone to be cut and mortared in as well. They had a couple of challenges with the weather and still completed this massive job in 5 days. Talk about a fun crew of men that they have working for them. I have already recommended one of my neighbors about Autumn Sky Landscaping. If I could have given them a 100% on this review, I would have."

"Brad and Bruce did a nice job on my additional gravel parking area. It did take extra day due to family emergency but they were very careful not to damage my existing concrete driveway. They got to my job inside of a week which was great. They did everything that I expected and my family does this for a living in Florida so I knew what it should look like. "I have never in my entire life had to write a review like the one I am about to write right now. To begin with we had a concrete slab laid at the beginning of Aug. and all we needed was for it to be leveled. We reached out to Aquaguard and Bill set up a date and time to come out and do an evaluation and a quote. Bill stated that they could level the concrete slab with no problems and gave us a quote of an est. 6k. I know that no one in their right mind would pay 6k for a job that was guaranteed by one of their SHAREHOLDERS (Bill) knowing that there was no guarantee it could be done (which is what their stating now.) We had a deadline to have this job completed which couldn’t be met because it is now Oct. and still ongoing. Jerrod and another employee came out on 2 separate occasions and all we have received from this service is UNLEVELED concrete and EXCESSIVE CRACKS AND WAVES. Weeks later 2 managers came out and could clearly see my disappointment because I was literally in TEARS. They said that some jobs they can’t get leveled completely and that they don’t know why Bill would tell us they could and that that’s stated in their contract. He said he would reach out to the general manager to come to a resolution because at this point my concrete slab is just horrific and still not LEVELED by the least. Literally worst than when they started the work. Week later no resolution. I suffer with congested heart failure which I was diagnosed with last Nov.2024 and this is really beginning to take a toll on me. All I want is a DECENT resolution because this is clearly not the service I was expecting to receive and is clearly unacceptable."

The three arrived at my house on time, Chris explained exactly what was to be done and the three of them completed the job in a most professional manner. I inspected the crawlspace when the job was completed and was amazed at the workmanship that was done.
