"This company uses misleading tactics to acquire customers! Please be careful when dealing with this company. (Bait and switch). I was quoted $300 for Two gas fireplaces to be inspected/cleaned. One fireplace was cleaned inspected and worked fine. I was charged a refurbished fee that was explained as included in the original quote of $300. (Inspection/CLEAN). But some how I was charged an additional $325 for small amount of sand and stones(Refurbished fee). And the second fireplace never got cleaned and is STILL NOT WORKING. I was baited by them talking about their 34 years of experience and how other companies don’t compare to the experience they have and they have the best price blah,blah 🙄 Don’t fall for it like I did. 🤦🏾♂️ If I could do it all over again 🤷🏾♂️ I would choose another company."

The following day, Joel and and Mike returned and repaired the roof. They were very professional and courteous. Pictures were provided before and after the job. "I would no recommend this company to anyone. They showed up 2 days later than promised. We were told there would be a $79 service call fee plus any parts that were needed to fix it, which we were good with. When the tech showed up and looked at the fireplace he said it needed to be troubleshooted and there was a loose wire causing it not to ignite. He quoted me $699 to repair it, I told him that I could buy a whole new fireplace insert for that price. He called his boss and said he could do it for $499. Long story short he cleaned it up, fixed the loose wire and was done in about 20 minutes. When I told him that the logs were not put back the right way he wanted to argue with me and said that I can re-arrange them however I wanted and he was done."

And we gave him the trailer and TOLD him to register the trailer. But he Never did. We trust him. And Next we received from the state of Georgia for a toying violation until March 2023. We sent the bookkeeper all the copies of the towing violation. HE WERE REALLY UNHAPPY! He did a good job for our chimney But that doesn't mean He treat his customer like these! We told Him to stop Driving it. But He keeps riding it! It was really Bad! You already cost us 125 hundreds dollar for this. AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE HUNDRED DOLLARS CHARGE FROM YOU THAT WE PAY REIMBURSE!
