"I needed some help with dry rot around the windows in my 35 year old house. Most of those who responded to my online inquiry only wanted to sell new windows. At least one wanted to replace perfectly good double picture windows. Home Improvement Masters (HIM) was the first respond to my search inquiry that had a solution which did not require replacing windows that were perfectly good. When I received HIMâ s proposal I was a bit stunned at the level of thoroughness in the proposal and, frankly, the price. But the customer reviews I found were excellent and, after talking with the owner, I ultimately decided to go with HIM. I was not disappointed. Not only did HIM repair frames around most of my windows they found several other dry rot and maintenance issues and fixed them. HIMâ s workmanship was excellent. They were hard working, diligent, on time, and extremely neat. They listened to my needs and were very cooperative in making adjustments as the work proceeded. The bottom line for all the work saved me about 40% below the cost two other bids I received for window replacements only. Needless to say it was worth every penny I paid them. I fully expect to use HIM again and I would not hesitate to recommend HIM to anyone."

I think it was a complicated project, but Fred and his crew(s) did a really good job getting it completed and never asked for more $$ even when we seemed to run into a few unexpected issues. Fred was very patient and responsive and finished the job for what he quoted. I don't think you can beat his price, but you can try."
