We scheduled the appt over the phone. Serge quoted the job and made my appt two days after my initial contact. He alerted me to the time and vehicle and name of carpenter who would come to my home the night before. Micah was punctual and professional. We have already had them look at another job we have to complete , and Iâ m sure we will use them for others on the future. I am very pleased with their work and that we found them! A+ rating!
