This contractor provided an all inclusive price for demo, subfloor repair, plumbing, electrical work, painting, custom cabinetry and shower glass. Some items were included or I received a credit if I provided the item myself. The subcontractors cleaned up as they worked and protected our home. The price was more than fair and Pedro stands by his work. Our bathroom is beautiful and we are already thinking about getting our kitchen done. I researched Pedro and his company thoroughly before hiring him. Because of my job, I need to trust who was brought in my home and I also see contractors take advantage of people. Owner Mark came out to give us an estimate, understood that some siding issues were called out by our lender as needing to be corrected before we could close on our house refinance, gave us a fair quote and - since time was of the essence - had the crew out to work on it very quickly.
