"This was my third time using Big Frog Electric with the first two being 240 volt outlet in garage for car charger. The service was exemplary as always. Alan assisted me from the beginning to end. He clearly explained to be what issues my power meter was having. On the day of installation he was extremely patient waiting 6 hours for Georgia Power to arrive and shut off power to the Meter. After instalation he explained what work was done in layman's terms. My experience with Big Frog Electric left me beyond satisfied. "Jackson EMC did their part in the cut off of the power and removing the powerlines from the mask on top of my house they dug the ditch and put new wire down the pole and to the house. My electrician, Mr. Edwards install the new meter box and breaker box, he also helped me remove and install siding behind the meter box.
