"I have never in my entire life had to write a review like the one I am about to write right now. To begin with we had a concrete slab laid at the beginning of Aug. and all we needed was for it to be leveled. We reached out to Aquaguard and Bill set up a date and time to come out and do an evaluation and a quote. Bill stated that they could level the concrete slab with no problems and gave us a quote of an est. 6k. I know that no one in their right mind would pay 6k for a job that was guaranteed by one of their SHAREHOLDERS (Bill) knowing that there was no guarantee it could be done (which is what their stating now.) We had a deadline to have this job completed which couldn’t be met because it is now Oct. and still ongoing. Jerrod and another employee came out on 2 separate occasions and all we have received from this service is UNLEVELED concrete and EXCESSIVE CRACKS AND WAVES. Weeks later 2 managers came out and could clearly see my disappointment because I was literally in TEARS. They said that some jobs they can’t get leveled completely and that they don’t know why Bill would tell us they could and that that’s stated in their contract. He said he would reach out to the general manager to come to a resolution because at this point my concrete slab is just horrific and still not LEVELED by the least. Literally worst than when they started the work. Week later no resolution. I suffer with congested heart failure which I was diagnosed with last Nov.2024 and this is really beginning to take a toll on me. All I want is a DECENT resolution because this is clearly not the service I was expecting to receive and is clearly unacceptable."

"On 3-4 November 2025 Chris, Corey and Xzavier encapsulated my crawlspace and set up the dehumidifier for the electrician. Keep in mind, the crawlspace varied from about four feet to two feet. At two feet they were crawling on their bellies. The three arrived at my house on time, Chris explained exactly what was to be done and the three of them completed the job in a most professional manner. I inspected the crawlspace when the job was completed and was amazed at the workmanship that was done. I commend Chris, Corey and Xzavier for their excellent work and the courtesy shown to my wife, myself and even our dog, Zoe. Thank you, Chris, Corey and Xzavier for a job well done. "

He was very considerate in covering furniture and cleaning up all debris. I am enjoying my new fireplace. I highly recommend Pete . He is a professional and a true craftsman."

"I had a brand new heat pump system installed in April 2023. They sent subcontractors to install it who were very unprofessional and they left bare wires hanging out of the machine and it did not look like it was installed correctly. It stopped working completely 4 times in 5 months, the last time was on October 10, service tech said, “I really don’t agree with the way they installed it “ he said the wires were barely connected so it kept losing power. He got it working again and left. Two weeks ago it got cold and we turned the system to heat for the very first time. It blew cold air. We made ANOTHER service call. The technician said that a switch had “gone bad” because, “they wear out” we explained that we have never used the heat even once, so how could the switch be worn out. Then they advised they had to order a part. Over a week later the part came in and they returned and that still didn’t fix. Now they say the compressor has, “gone bad” and when we reiterated that we have never even used it so how is it worn out they answered, “they just go bad sometimes” we still don’t have heat, they say they have to order more parts. We asked them to look over the whole system because we don’t think it is installed right and I am genuinely concerned that it is a fire hazard and they looked at it, put electrical tape on some hanging wires and left. We have had to take SIX days off work so far and buy space heaters and we are no closer to having a working system. This unit is less then SIX MONTHS OLD. At this point I have no choice but to pursue legal action. This whole experience has been terrible and has cost me hundreds in missed time at work and I’m still paying for a system that does not work."
