We provide free estimate within 5-8 miles. Our company provide an excellent service , we make sure our customer are always happy. We do carpentry work, Hvac, plumbing and complete renovations and painting. We also provide cleaning services if needed.

"The owner of the company was dishonest and likes to give the customer the run-around. Each time they came and gave me quote they'd change it. The over quality of the work was unsatisfactory. Like when repairing the door, they wouldn't do it properly. I was told that I need to go to Home depot to buy things needed to get the job done, but that was not original agreement. Additionally, I requested invoices for materials purchased, but never receive them. I then in request for invoice showing the breakdown of all the works completed, and it took over a month for it to reach or be sent to me. The invoice ended up being incorrect, and appeared that they overcharged me. I brought that up to their attention and requested for a refund. They attempted to hide the refunded amount on the invoice as a way of hiding that to me. Then, took over one month for me to receive the correct refund after countless phone calls just to get in touch with them. Overall, I would not recommend nor use J&R Enterprise LLC again due to the circumstances."

"Cedarwood Forest LLC did a substantial addition to my home from Nov 2024 until David quit our project and we had to take over in July 2025. While David told us our project would take 5 months, we came to see early on that was unrealistic. Things were chaotic and poorly done from the beginning and communication was terrible. There were multiple subcontractors for every trade. We had to stay on David to ensure many things were corrected. In the end, he left us an unfinished project and a number of unpaid subcontractors. We had to figure how to get an overflowing dumpster and disgusting port a potty picked up. Ive ended up with a nice addition but it came at insanely high cost financially and emotionally."

We are a general contracting firm with over 35 years in the business with experience in commercial, residential, and industrial. We specialize in framing, trim carpentry, and architectural woodworking. Our company can help you build your project from permit to finish.

"Positives: * Paint looks good overall. * The job was completed in a reasonable time frame. * Price was mid range of quotes recieved. * They were courteous and friendly during the repair. Negatives: Prior to the contract I was asked to be home for the painter to inspect the house. I changed my schedule to accomodate and he didn't show. After the doors were replaced the front door could not be locked for two days, On the third day they chisiled the bolt opening out and it locked ok but I noticed the bottom screw missing today and there is only a small amount of wood for the screw. ( a longer screw will be neccessary to get beyond the void. The back door knob would only turn the bolt in one direction. They sent a technician out, and it worked for a few days after he tweaked it, then the same thing occured. They sent the same technician (after I called several times and waited several days) to replace the door locks. Worked ok for a few weeks but the deadbolt now won't align and latch on the rear door. They got a drill into a hot water pipe while installing the siding. They went and bought pvc and suspposedly repaired the pipe. A few days later I noticed water coming out the bottom siding board and discovered the hot water had filled the concrete block foundation wall and leaking. They sent plumbers to repair but refused to pull the house board and restore it to original, Now when I replace my sink cabinet I'll have extra plumbing expense. The siding was improperly cauked (skimmed over and not filled) in numerous areas. They sent a man by after five and he didn't have a ladder, He thought he would be caulking inside and wouldn't need a ladder or daylight. He caulked what he could reach from ground level and didn't show up the next day. After I called again he showed up with a helper and caulked all open joints as needed. The joints he caulked are still good, however additional joints from the original skim job have opened and will have to be caulked. I called today to seek further repair on the caulking and door issues and was told off in no uncertain terms, I couldn't get a word in edgewise to state the problems. So much for the one year warranty He invited me to sue him! Maybe I will, but I'm definately reporting him to the BBB."

T.N.I Contracting LLC is a licensed and insured sub contracting company we provide quality work and free estimates

"Extremely unprofessional and dishonest experience. I hired T.N.i Contracting L.L.C. (Thomas Boyd) for renovation work and paid over $21,500. Many items from the contract were never completed at all (doors, windows, baseboards, gutters, plumbing, carpet, light fixtures, etc.). The work that was done was poorly executed ? the painting was blotchy and uneven, drywall was put up without sanding, and even worse, a bedroom was left with no electricity because drywall was installed over non-functioning wiring. The contractor also charged rates well above local market prices for substandard work. When I raised these issues, I received excuses instead of solutions. I am now forced to pursue legal action to recover my money and pay other professionals to correct the damage. Avoid this company at all costs. If you want your project completed properly, look elsewhere."

Unfinished Carpentry questions, answered by experts

You can enclose an open carport, however, there are several things to consider before opting to do so. You'll want to check local building codes and permit requirements before proceeding to make sure it’s legal. While you can sometimes stick-frame a carport enclosure, pre-fab kits are also available. Remember that you'll likely need to meet concrete slab regulations and provide lighting inside the structure. Both of which could substantially drive up costs.

Any issue that affects the structural integrity or soundness of a home is considered a structural issue. In addition to foundation cracks, other signs of structural issues include roof leaks, bowing walls, sloping floors, gaps around windows and doors, and more.

Any bowing in a basement wall signals an issue that needs to be addressed. However, bowing of 2 to 4 inches is more straightforward to fix than bowing of more than 4 inches. That’s why it’s essential to call a pro as soon as you notice the bowing wall. The sooner you address the problem, the easier (and less expensive) it will be to repair.

New builds, remodels, and additions often necessitate professional framing expertise.

Yes, columns can be used to replace a load-bearing wall. However, you will need to use a support beam as well. Using columns can be a great way to provide additional support for large areas and improve your home's aesthetics.
