"Dave Smith was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and patient. We added new items to our order at the 12th hour and he came back twice to make sure that everything was completed as we desired. We also had Alarm Protection Group secure our office. Dave Smith and Co. make the process very easy-Highly recommended."

"Walter and Glen at Protect Your Home Group with ADT are the best people to talk to in terms of security alarm. Being a locksmith myself I know how important it is to deal with the right people. I referred a lot of customers to them and so far they are happy with their service. I myself got one for my house. Thank you for a consistent service and great deal."

I am an honest, reliable, and hardworking individual who takes pride in completing every job in a timely and professional manner. "I was in a pinch, the person I was originallly assigned for an appt was not a locksmith. Home Advisor's customer service rep came to the rescue when he recommended Coastal Locksmith Pro. David, the owner, was able to fit me in that same day. It was a pleasant experience as he rekeyed five locks. If something was a bit wrong with the cylinder, he smiled and fixed it -- no griping, no complaints, just niceness present. David was a professional locksmith, and it was just what I needed! David, if you are reading this, thank you once again, and I just recommended you to a friend."

"We couldn't reach our installing company so we called Ken and he did a great job"

"I had a bit of trouble with my molding around the doors vs how the system was designed. The tech guy hung with me for 39 minutes until it was perfect. I called customer service a couple times after that with questions that came up. The customer service team are professional and knowledgeable."

"I communicated with Rob Calbo for services of a background check with CSI Secure Solutions and he was fantastic.
He spoke with me in a very professional manner and put me at ease right away.
The process was seamless and my request was delivered very efficiently. Within just a few hours of providing them with information, I was able to get feedback. Rob took the time to speak with me and answered all of my questions.
I will definitely be using them again in the future should the need arise, and I would definitely recommend them as being very efficient, professional and reliable.

"There were many things wrong in my computer (my fault and letting grandchildren on computer) Robert was so helpful, gave me many good instructions to keep everything safe, which I have written down, feel like I have a new computer. He was so excellent and experienced, took his time and was meticulous about what needed to be done. He was a pleasure to work with and I will use this company again! Linda Disy"
