  This company is one that gets customer service. They called me before the technician (Gil) arrived and asked if it was ok to come early. Gil arrived and immediately provided credentials and his card. After service they called to check on how things went. How great is that! I had 5 doors re-keyed on the house I purchased. Gil also fixed a latch on the front door that was not working correctly as well as adjusted another door all within the standard price. It took about 90 minutes and when done all was perfect. My son looked at the bill and thought it was the deal of the century. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to re-key or otherwise needing locksmith services.   I had just purchased a new home and only had one key and 6 doors. The key only fit the front door. I was a little of the way than their normal customers, but because I was an Angie's List member they were more than willing to come and help. They explained to me the current coupons that they had going on and what would benefit me the most. The day of the visit they called to confirm my appointment and to let me know that they were running a little behind because someone had called out sick but wanted to ensure that they would get to me as soon as they could and they would call when they were on their way. 30 minutes prior to the visit, they called to let me know the technician was on his way, along with his name to assure me that the right person was showing up at the door. During the process they rekeyed the front door and then were able to change the all the other doors to match the existing front door. I also had a specialized key that that had been given to me that they cut to match the front door. They even realigned some of the locks that were off kilter in the door. They were extremely courteous and professional. I couldn't have had a better experienceshow more

  Unlockit called the day before to confirm the appointment. They also called the day of the appointment to say their locksmith was running a little late, which was to be expected as I had an appointment late in the day. I appreciate that they called to let me know what was going on and to give me a time frame of when they were going to arrive. They arrived about half an hour later than the original appointment time, which I thought was great. The locksmith explained our options to us and did not try to upsell us at all. He was able to match the two different finishes I had on the front door, and spent extra time ensuring that everything worked well and we were happy. I would definitely use them againshow more

  Lee Shackleford is an 80 year old man with an honest work ethic. He was able to program two new keys for my car at my home and while we waited for verification, he made small talk. He showed great knowledge of his business, talked me through his whole pricing structure and how he doesn't believe in nickel and diming. He talked about times he'd lose money to get things right. Getting a new key from the dealership was proving tricky. They wanted the car towed in and would have charged as much for a single key as Lee did for two. We ended on a handshake.   I called Raymond Thursday to re-key all the locks in the house we're preparing to rent out. He arrived before noon on Friday. He replaced some locks and re-keyed others, and had all of the work done in just over an hour. He was very neat; he left the old locks in the boxes near each door in case I wanted to keep them.
