I have given him every opportunity to correct his mistakes. He would set up appointments to be here, but, never showed up. When I call, he might text that he will call back, but, he never does. I have a cement walkway that Emiliano decided could be poured in a heavy rain. No one should be proud of this work. "Hired them to create a pad and retaining wall for my inground pool mechanicals. The old retaining wall had fallen over and the pad had become unlevel because of tree roots. They did a great job! I mentioned offhand that now I needed to find someone to fix the pool heater and a pump. I had been unable to find any pool service company that would work on the heater, and everyone just wanted to sell me a new motor and pump. SPM "had a guy" that could do all of that. SPM's crew did way more than I expected, were very pleasant, and even fun to work with."
