So ugh here we go, we were on a slab, we didn't know who we may could trust/cost we were looking at and then knowing the importance too have great Rapport and and dialogue is so needed going into such a massive project we were totally and completely so pleased with Scott and doing business with them! Every detail was an answered prayer, we're so happy to say, now we have a plumber we can now count on and Trust! My husband and I felt so validated on our decision to move forward with these guys when there was a discovery made that absolutely needed to be corrected even on the safety aspect of it that we had no idea of from previous jobs with other plumber/companies and are so thankful to have had them bring it to our attention! So granted we have learned of great magnitude how important reviews, Word of mouth and doing homework when working with contractor/ plumbers as to trusting with your family and the investment of our homes.
