Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
