"My daughter locked herself out of her car a bit before midnight at a gas station in a so-so part of town a few weeks ago. I called John, gave him the location and away he went. He found her and had her back in her car within a few minutes. Since she had no cash on her, I gave him my credit card information over the phone, and the price was very reasonable. He did not charge extra for travel or the time of day. I would definitely use him again.

"Spoke to person on phone twice who set up appointment and she (Keisha?) was very pleasant ,helpful and efficient. Repairman showed up on time and called to let me know was on the way . He was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. Did end up costing more than phone quote but repairman gave a reasonable explanation. I would hit them again."
