Ted was great. He came the same day I called him. I thought I needed a new electric strike but after troubleshooting, he found no trouble. All I had to do was re-program one of the keypad parameters that was affected by a power outage. I really appreciate his honesty and experience. He definitely saved me a few hundred dollars. I will not hesitate to call him again.
