Rick arrived at our house promptly and got to work immediately. He completed the job in less than one hour. Rick is very personable and does an excellent job. He picked up right away when I called and was flexible enough to schedule me in for the next day. very up front about the pricing ($15 per re-key plus the service charge) and didn't change his pricing after the job. I was pretty far from McDonough (in peachtree city) but he arrived early and no need to sit around for hours to wait for him, he just let me know when he was leaving his previous job so I can drive down and meet him. super friendly and professional. He got the job done quickly but did great work. Would definitely recommend him!!
