"Called several places for quotes and decided on G Force plumbing. Rob J came by on Jan 4th 2016 to initially install a 50 gallon electric water heater. I then decided during the install that I should go ahead and replace the gas water heater located in the basement as well since both were the same age. Rob made a call to have a gas water heater delivered to my home and installed two water heaters the same day. Rob was great and very professional. Fast forward to December 12th when I had my furnace tuneup performed by a Heat/Air company. The guy noticed that an expansion tank was installed in the upstairs water heater but not the downstairs. He suggested I contact the company that installed the water heater. I contacted G Force to ask if that was normal. Jamie had indicated that Rob may have thought that the one expansion tank was all that was needed due to how he thought the water lines were configured. Jamie did say that an expansion tank should be installed in by the basement water heater after describing to him the number of bathrooms we had at the house and where each water heater was located. Two nice guys from G Force came by five days later to install the expansion tank and finished the job within 20 min. Installed two water heaters and pressure reducing valve. Everyone I dealt with at G Force have been nice and professional. I will definitely use them for my rental properties."

"Plumb doctor is the absolute best! I am so glad I found them. They have installed my toilets, water heater, garbage disposal and repaired slow draining plumbing. They always answer and give good advice and courteous service. They're reasonable and care about the customer and not just the money. I've been using them since 2015. They will always be my go to plumbers: quick, professional and expert service you can rely on."

"James and his son arrived to install approx.100 ft of water line, several valves and a back flow preventer for an irrigation system. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They asked several important questions and made adjustments to our original plan to accommodate my future needs. Their work was impeccable. Any tradesman that works according to best practices instead of just to code has my business. They are now my go to plumber! I have already recommended them to my neighbors. For those who say they are high priced, the other quotes I received for this job were 3 times higher. They may not be the cheapest, but they provide the best value for money of any plumber I have used in Georgia. Bravo guys. See you for the next project."

"As a former customer, I requested their services again. My appointment was for Saturday, July 1st. in the AM. Les, came to my home, he was very professional throughout the entire installation process. After, the installation was completed he removed all the trash and my old toilet from my home. Within minutes after his departure, I started experiencing some minor drips from the top bowl-(Glacier Bay). Contact Les again, regarding what I was experiencing with the drips. Les was very professional and calm, although I was frustrated. He successfully completed it."

"Fil was wonderful to work with on this large project that turned out to be more complicated and expensive than anyone expected.  When he and his workers pulled out the old, damaged tile from our shower, they found lots of water damage and mold.  This necessitated replacing damaged studs, sub-floor, etc.  Fil gave us good advice about making changes to our shower to avoid water damage in the future, such as getting rid of a glass block wall and making the walk-in shower level with the floor instead of step-down.  Throughout the process, he was great at communicating with us about our options.  He was able to be creative when the backsplash we ordered kept showing up broken -- he took parts of two broken ones and put them together with a bit of grout between the parts, and it looks great!   He offered to put shelves in the shower (we hadn't thought of that) and put up crown molding without us asking for it, and it looks excellent.
Not to mention -- he's a nice guy, a hard worker, and a pleasure to work with.  We'll hire him again when we're ready to replace our kitchen countertops!

Sink Installation questions, answered by experts

Any drain in your house requires a water trap to prevent sewer gases from entering the home. Dishwashers don’t have an internal water trap, so they must use an external P trap. The most convenient P trap for the dishwasher is already in the plumbing under your sink.

Emergency plumbers charge a significantly higher rate than for standard service, typically 1.5 to 3 times the normal hourly cost. You can expect to pay between $100 and $500 per hour, with an average of around $200 per hour. In addition to the higher hourly rate, many plumbers charge a flat emergency service or trip fee, which can be between $150 and $300. The final cost depends on the timing of the call; prices are highest for major holidays, followed by weekends and after-hours service on weekdays. For a complex job on a major holiday, a master plumber's rate could reach as high as $600 per hour.

Common problems include leaks, clogs, and low water pressure. Regular maintenance prevents major disruptions.

Yes, a toilet, sink, and shower can share the same vent. This is a common plumbing practice that can simplify installation and save space. When sharing a vent, it's important that the toilet is located downstream from all other fixtures. You will also need to ensure the vent pipe is large enough to handle the demands of all connected fixtures without compromising its effectiveness. Because requirements can vary, you should always check your local building and plumbing codes. Consulting a qualified plumber is recommended to ensure the vent is properly sized, installed, and adheres to all local regulations.

Yes, drain stoppers do come out. In some cases, you can twist them counterclockwise to remove them. You can lift some drain stoppers halfway to the raised position and unscrew them. For others, you will need to lift the drain stopper to the raised position and unscrew the stopper from the stem underneath the top of the stopper.
