Great company. Came out right away when it was still barely daylight. Needed waste line unclogged and tank pumped. Richard was fantastic. They convinced me that i needed additional service. IE check back t and pump out lines. He in turn dug up a underground wire feeding my pool. ( by the way tank been pumped many times since the underground feed was in place since 1978. It was not in the way of the tank. He told me he needed to vacuum out the field lines. He said he would vacuum it for one hour. 35 minuses he was back to the tank disconnecting the vacuum line. 2500 dollars later. I really feel embarrassed to do this since i was such a fool for letting him talk me in to it.

"This septic system had a deep sludge buildup at the bottom of the tank and the top had a 8" layer. the outlet baffle tee had rotted off and outlet pipe had rotted down. When the outlet baffle rots, this allows solids to float into the drainfield and clog the holes in the 300+ feet of drainfield. The drainfield is designed for water, not solids. We explained the choices of installing a new drainfield or replacing the outlet baffle and tailout with pumping. This will ensure no more solids get into the drainfield as long as you maintain water usage as recommended. Sorry you did not understand the savings you were getting at this time."

they were great when they got here. i booked for 8am and they didnt arrive until 10:30am. other than that they did a good job.

"Hi Denise, we book in 4 hour windows and sometimes we still miss the mark. We are dependent on dumping facilities that only accept 10 trucks a day and if we are not one of those 10 then we have to drive all the way to Cartersville to dump.
