3 in 1 Cleaning Services has 3 different departments , Construction/Demolition Clean - Ups, Commercial Business Cleaning and Residential Cleaning. Our Experiences Cleaning Technicians are very friendly and all love what they do. Whether you need a Technician to deep clean a house , villa , cottage , etc or we send out a Team of Techs to clean an on-going construction build or maybe you want a Professional Cleaning Company to make your office look and smell like new, we have the right Cleaning Package to accommodate our Clients. Last but not least 3 in 1 Cleaning Services is a woman owned and operated company that is a Native here in the Lowcountry

"We paid $1100 - $800 for the cleaning of the empty house and the remainder for interior windows and those exterior windows they could reasonably reach. I particularly mentioned a smell in the house that I thought might be attributed to a plug- in and if they found it, could they remove, a sticky counter (which they promised they could clean), some scuffed walls (same) and dirty refrigerator. The stench was still there(my husband found the plug in-easily found… the stench soon diffused once removed) the sticky counter(no change), scuffed wall, no change, and the floor of the refrigerator is filthy and iced over. Worse yet, as I sat on the stairs, I saw a small aqua lego and what looked like a piece of cereal. When I picked it up, it was a peanut and, being highly allergic, I went into an anaphylactic event. This is not what I expected from “all we leave behind are results…” Cannot recommend."

We are a 3rd generation family owned company. We have been in Savannah, GA for over 40 years. We have licensed plumbers on staff to help with any of your plumbing needs. We have trained Rinnai technicians on staff.

"I received a call from Savannah's Water Co. informing me that my water meter reflected that I was using 84 gal. of water an hour and had used 23,000 gal. of water in the past 25 days. I immediately called Henry Plumbing Co (in Savannah, GA)., which I had trusted and used for years and always recommended to others, to see if they could find a leak. The scheduler at this company is always accommodating, and she had 2 of the company's plumbers at my house within a couple of hours. After spending around 2 hours inspecting the interior of my home, I mentioned there was standing water on the back lawn, which I had never seen previously. They said they would take a look around my home, which has a slab foundation, after checking out the interior water sources. After their outside "inspection," the plumber-in-charge told me that they could not find a leak anywhere. Therefore, I had 2 options: 1. They could check for a leak, before leaving, with a "leak locator device." The cost for "this service," as I recall, was close to $500 and not guaranteed to even locate the leak. I was later told that Savannah's American Leak Detector charges a flat $350 to find a water leak, with the guarantee they WILL find it. 2. OR I could have my 30-year-old home, which recently underwent major improvements and is in stellar condition, totally re-piped (which, I have since been informed, would likely cost approximately $75,000-$100,000k for the re-piping and then all of the repairs in my 3.5 bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen as walls would have to be removed and, predictably, some of my expensive wood flooring). And, of course, there was no guarantee that a leak would even be found inside after all of that. Nevertheless, this was VERY obviously the route they were recommending I "choose"--even though not 1 sign** of needing re-piping (listed below) was present. **Frequent plumbing leaks, Noisy pipes, Visible pipe corrosion, Discolored water, Bad-tasting or bad-smelling water, Fluctuating water temperature.** Before the plumbers left, I paid them my bill of $264 for "looking for an unfound leak" and putting new flappers on 2 toilets. I feel like it was money thrown out-the-window, except for the 2 flappers. Shortly after they left, I called the gentleman who had checked my irrigation system (in my new home) the week before and shown me how to use it. After I explained the situation to him, he told me that what I had just experienced was outrageous; he would be at my house within a couple of hours, and then he WOULD find my leak and stop it. And that is just what he did. He effortlessly found the leak right outside my kitchen door in less than 5 minutes, by which time my side lawn was like a small swamp. In less than 20 minutes, he had stopped the almost month-long flow of water the two plumbers could not even locate. Once the leak was found and stopped, I sent an email to the plumbing company telling them about the person who had found and repaired my leak in less than 30 min., along with pictures . I also mentioned that I had a faucet I needed to have installed on a mud sink in my garage--and I felt, after all the unnecessary stress I had been exposed to by their plumbers, that I thought it would be an act of goodwill to a long-time, loyal customer if they would install my faucet at no charge. Though the owner of the plumbing company was sent my email, I never even received the courtesy of a reply from her. I called someone else to install my faucet, and I will never again deal with Henry Plumbing Co, of Savannah, GA and will warn others as well about my experience. Regardless of what Henry Plumbing may say to justify what happened, I consider their modus operandi a "scare tactic" used about what could possibly happen if I did NOT decide to contract for the re-piping of my home. Of course, I feel certain they would say they were just "doing their job" by outlining the possibilities available. It is also noteworthy that this company is NOT Better Business Bureau accredited. I can't help but find this plumbing company's promoted motto an oxymoron: "Your Home's Best Friend.""

Sewer Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Food grease, soap buildup, paper products, and tree roots often cause serious clogs.

It might be possible to dissolve hair caught in a drain, but it’s usually not a good way to go about clearing the clog. Some sources mention that baking soda and vinegar can do the trick, but this won’t actually dissolve the hair. The hydrochloric acid in drain cleaners can dissolve the hair over time, but it will much more quickly destroy your plumbing pipes and leave you with bigger issues. The best way to remove hair is to do it manually with a drain snake or to have a plumber use an auger to pull clogs out.

Your sewer pro will take about an hour to complete your sewer line camera inspection. However, if your home does not have cleanout access and the pro needs to remove the toilet to access the sewer line, the time to completion will take longer. Note that this estimated time does not include the time for repair, drain cleaning, or any other services you may need.

One way to save money on sewer lines is to install a sewer cleanout since it makes sewer line maintenance easier. Keeping up with maintenance is key to reducing the cost of repairs, so be sure to schedule annual plumbing inspections, install drain guards to stop objects from accidentally falling down drains, and only flush human waste and toilet paper to protect your pipes.

Anywhere from 18 inches to 8 feet deep. Your depth depends on soil and weather conditions in your area. If you live in a colder region, your lines are likely to be deeper than the lines of those living in warmer regions. Contact your local sanitation department or wastewater control board to get the plans for your system and find out for sure how deep your sewer lines are buried.
