"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I initially had my garage door serviced by Overhead Door, but I wasn’t satisfied with the service. So, I called Precision Garage Door Service. They were running a promotion price to service the garage door, so I gave them a try. Joe showed up to service my door promptly at the time he said I could expect him. He did a great job, and he answered any questions I had. I asked him about replacing the rubber seal around my door. He quoted a price and came out the following week to do the work. He said that I didn’t have to be at the house when he did the job, and he would email my invoice. After he finished the job, I could see him on my cameras as he backed his truck down my driveway. Unfortunately, his truck ran over my grass. I’m not sure what it is with my driveway, but this is not the first time this has happened. It was also raining, I’m not sure if that was a contributing factor. In a word Joe showed real integrity. He initially tried to put the grass back together but when that didn’t work, he informed me of what happened. He apologized multiple times and said he would make things right. He told me to get an estimate to fix the grass and he would pay for it. Before I could even get the estimate, the manager Mike West called me and apologized for what happened. He stressed that they wanted to make things right and reiterated that they would pay for the replacement of the grass. I got the estimate and had the work done, but before they paid the landscaper, they made sure that I was completely satisfied. This was amazing customer service. Accidents happen but not everyone takes responsibility when they do. They really wanted to make things right and that’s exactly what they did. They did excellent work on my garage door, answered every question I had (which made me an informed consumer), but most importantly they treated me with respect and did everything possible to make me a satisfied customer. It goes without saying that I will definitely use Precision Garage Door Service again. I have already recommended them to friends and family."

"The owner of the HVAC company that we had used for 40 years retired earlier this year and highly recommended Westberry Heating and Air if we had any problems. Our 30 year old upstairs unit stopped working so we called Westberry who very quickly sent out a service technician (James) who checked the unit and informed us what needed to be done but that because of the age of the unit it was advisable to replace it. We had already had other repair work done on it so this was not unreasonable advice. We were given a quote and agreed to its terms. Just like clock work the team showed up at the appointed time and went to work. They removed the old unit and replaced it with a much more efficient one. The inside unit was located in the attic which provided little room to work. It is more like a crawl space (no room to stand) and it was a very hot day but they persevered and finished the job that afternoon. Sometimes the best laid plans go awry and there was an issue with the newly installed unit. Again James came to analyze the issue and advised that it would be rectified the next day. There was no interruption in the unit operating and continuing to cool. Again, like clockwork the owner, David Westberry, arrived the next morning and he and a team member completed the required fix, and checked the entire unit to assure that there were no other issues. The measure of a man and his company is more often proved when everything does not go exactly right and our entire experience illustrates that David and his employees possess a very high degree of truthfulness and integrity. We would not hesitate to use them again!"

"Paid more than 20k for a brand new system that included a 2 year maintanence warranty from Feb 2023. In April my unit broke and had no a/c in 2023, and they continued to blow my repair requests off until june. Also, for some reason they claim the maintenance warranty is expired as of Feb 2024. Simple math would detirmine that the warranty expires in 2025, but with our repeated emails, they continue to say it is expired. And now there is another issue and it is only the 2nd year having their unit in the house. I would not recommend them to anyone."

"Let me start by saying this Aire Serv is amazing and second to none. They initially came out to replace our Air Hander and some air ducts in the attic; however, they didn't stop there. After completing the work, they realized the AC wasn't cooling as well as it should for the type of system we have. I told the owner that the AC would struggle to cool and hold 78 degrees in the summer and in turn wouldn't heat well in the winter even with e-heat. I told him that I have had two AC companies, since the install 10 years ago, tell me that that it’s completely normal for ACs to struggle like that. He said “No, it’s not!” They started looking over the entire system. Sure enough, after tracing all the wires and connections to and from the air handler, the main controller in the house, and the outside unit they found the problem that no one else noticed over the past 10 years. ONE wire was hooked up incorrectly on the outside unit… ONE! Apparently that wire was keeping the 2 stage compressor from cycling on and off correctly. They fixed the wiring, verified all other connections, and “Tada!” our 10 year problem was fixed! I have waited a few months to post this review because I wanted to see how the unit works on both hot and cold days. I must say, the AC works like never before (literally)! Since the install, we have had some 90s weather and some mid-30s weather. The AC has effortlessly maintained any temperature we set. To truly test the system I did some testing of my own. During one of the days that were in the 90s I actually turned the temperature in the house down from our regular 78 to 73. Sure enough, the temperature in the house started dropping steadily until it hit 73. Then it occasionally turned on to circulate the air and maintain the set temperature. The house was very chilly. On the flip side, during one the recent cold days I turned off the e-heat function and bumped the thermostat from our regular 72 to 76. It didn’t take long before the house hit 76, and it felt hot. We have never been able to do any of that! I can’t thank the owner of Aire Serv and his staff enough!"
