However, the area near by garages was poorly done and when I had them come back to repair it, not only did it take months to get them to return they did a mediocre job and when I asked them to do a better job at the repair they said that what they did was the best they could do. VERY DISAPPOINTED as I have to look at their inadequate job every time I walk out my door by the garages."

"This is the team of husband wife chiselers doing this with people. He got from me for 5 gs and never showed up after he started to put some cheap stuff on my parking lot. Wife takes call and husband takes money and once they get you money, there gone for good .did the same exact thing to me as done to person in the previous post. A & j’s seal coating (his company is fake)doesn’t exist. Not a active LLC in Georgia that is the reason he don’t mind taking cheque from you but one problem may be you have not notice,he will cash it at his cousin cash checking place and won’t deposit in the bank because there is no bank account to trace. It is very well planned operation. Please do not do any business with this chiselers. Do yourself a favour pay $200 more and save yourself thousands.. [*** Link removed ***] Look it up business LLC is inactive. Pls complain and write to BBB(better business bureau) irs and Georgia Secretary of State for tax evasion ,if u been duped."

"Well I contacted Rob about a house I was looking to buy and renovate. He met with me, was super nice, took down everything I wanted to do, etc. I then paid him $150 for a proposal. That’s where the problems started. Although he set the deadline himself, I kept hearing ‘tomorrow, tomorrow’ when I would ask for an update. Finally got it back. It was a pretty vague list of things and rough prices attached (ex. just “floors - $X” - not “hardwood in middle bedroom,” “tile in the kitchen,” and so on) and a shoddy drawing of a layout with hardly any detail and certainly not drawn to scale. Maybe my expectations were off there. But I want a little more than that before I go take out a loan and hire you to do a $100K job, amirite? But whatever, whatever - put that aside. It comes down to when I’m going to have to make a decision, need to get him approved by my bank... POOF. GONE. Radio silence. Won’t answer calls. Won’t answer texts. Won’t answer emails. I said he could just let me know if he didn’t want to take this on, etc. Just nothing. Strange way to run a business. Especially when the job you want people to hire you for is usually time sensitive and requires excellent communication. Honestly, I hope he’s okay and if I hear otherwise, I’ll consider removing this. But without more information, I wanted to give an honest review and give folks a heads up that this could happen again."
