"Great job overall. I have 3 bedrooms and a hallway that I need to keep professionally cleaned annually for my warranty. The gentleman who did the actual cleaning was Very polite and conscientious. However when it came time to pay the price had risen from $138 to $208! Imagine my shock! I did ask him to go over 2 area rugs but he did not tell me the price to do it would be so high! To add insult to injury they had a 5 room special for $188 which I requested and ultimately got but I probably will not use them again as I was disappointed with how that was handled by the woman in the office who gave me the quote(s)."

"Excellent service. Chericah, Archie and their two girls are no strangers to work. They came into our home and performed a deep clean of our house. My wife and I were very pleased with the result of their efforts. They are very nice and pleasant people to work with. We have already agreed for them to come to our home on a regular house cleaning schedule."

Carpet Cleaning questions, answered by experts

You can expect your carpet protection to last about six months to two years. It will last longer in low-traffic areas (compared to busy areas, where your carpet experiences more wear and tear). Once the protector wears off, you’ll need to call your carpet contractor to reapply the stain protection treatment and revive your carpet

To get urine smell out of a fabric couch, mix equal parts water and white vinegar. Gently dab the solution on the affected spot and let it sit for a few minutes, then blot it dry. For stubborn smells, especially if your pet likes to pee in the same spot, it’s a good idea to hire a professional cleaner versus choosing the DIY route. A pro can use an upholstery steam cleaner to get the dried urine smell out of the fabric.

Soot can be harder to remove compared to other types of stains given its acidic nature. It can also cause underlying paint to peel off during the cleaning process. If your soot issue is a result of smoke damage, it’s recommended you call a pro to help remove it versus doing it yourself.

You can push or pull your carpet cleaner; it works either way. The best method for using a carpet cleaner is to push it as far in front of you as you can reach, then pull it back. Avoid stepping on the areas you’ve already cleaned.

Yes, hydrogen peroxide can actively remove stains from carpets. Just avoid using anything more than a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution. Anything more than 6% could bleach your carpet.
