Below is the following work that was completed: A tub was removed, two showers were renovated, and new countertops and sinks were installed. He did some extra work (touch-up painting and replacing the towel racks) that was not in the agreement. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished space are truly impressive. Our renovated bathrooms exceed our expectations, and we’re grateful to Tubs and More for bringing our vision to life! I have referred Tubs and More to three other potential customers. "Blake was great. He came to replace a kitchen faucet; repair, reroute, and hide the piping on the water heater; and repair the bathtub faucet. After a scheduling conflict, we were able to reschedule for the next day. Blake kept me informed as to his E.T.A., and arrived on time. What was noteworthy to me was the fact that he had to enter, and work, in the crawl space under the house in 98 degree heat to complete the job. We have not been able to fully enjoy the work, as we had to go out of town for the weekend the next day. Maybe I will update later."

"After an initial quote was agreed upon he (Zak) started on 5/24/25 on front porch which took awhile due to weather. It was completed 6/5/25. He (Zak) started on back porch/deck 6/5/25 and upon another inspection found 1 deck board the needed to be replaced. He continued working sanding the deck and did remove the 1 board to be replaced. After a few hours he said he was done for the day. He later sends a text and ask to pay the $124.34 for deck screws and board. All I asked was for to see receipt of material for the board. That resulted in him (Zak) telling me that’s a good price and it could and will be more if I do agree and pay this amount ($124.34). He also said that he thought that was a “**** good price”. I didn’t appreciate him speaking to me that way and the whole conversation is better told in text messages. All I want now is for someone else other than this (Zak) to just complete the job according to original contract."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
